Let your children enjoy a day of fun with others their own age, whilst you take the day off to do some of your favourite activities at Panorama. All staff are highly trained, have undergone criminal record checks, CPR/Childcare first aid training, and are dedicated to the safety and well-being of your children at all times.
While you are enjoying your day you can feel confident that your child is having “FUNORAMA” in Childcare! Please book as early as possible. Bookings MUST be made 4 days in advance to be guaranteed a place in Wee Wascals. The Childcare is very popular and busy especially around holidays. We are a licensed facility with a maximum occupancy of 20 bookings with qualified and experienced staff. You can make your childcare booking when you make your reservation to stay at Panorama, or by calling the Childcare directly at (250) 341-3041. In order to ensure your spot, we need the following information: the dates you require care, your name, a credit card, contact number, child’s name and age, drop off and pick up times.

We have a 4 day in advance cancellation policy. Individual circumstances will be considered with presentaion of a doctors certificate.
Late pick up fee is $5 per 15 min.
For out of hours childcare, or for children outside of our licensed age groups, we provide guests with a babysitting list. Babysitting is a private arrangement between the family and the sitter. Please contact Reservations, Wee Wascals Childcare Staff, or Guest Services for a current list of babysitters.
Please inform the childcare staff at check in if you would like a lunch provided. Lunches are $7 each day. Menu for each week will be posted at childcare office.The Childcare provides two snacks (am and pm). We are able to refrigerate or warm lunches and snacks from home. Please inform staff of any known or suspect food allergies/issues, or and special dietary requirements right away. To protect all children with nut allergies in Wee Wascals, we have nut free policy. Please refrain from sending any products which may contain nuts with your child.
For the little ones, this can be booked in conjunction with Wee Wascals Daycare (includes rentals) or a la carte directly through the Snow School. Children aged 3-5 may take a short, one hour lesson and explore our bunny hill in a one-on-one lesson. Lessons run 5 times a day: 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
There are only 2 spots per timeslot available. Book early!
• Lessons booked through Wee Wascals include rentals and lift tickets. Children will be picked up at the Wee Wascals Day Care.
• Lessons booked A La Carte do not include rentals or lift tickets and parents will need to bring their children to the Snow School Cabin located in front of the main day lodge.
